The swimmer of the month award is given to the swimmer who has shown great commitment and effort to improving themselves over a one month period and is chosen by a panel of coaches.

The award is presented at poolside on the first Wednesday of every month to the elite swimmer, and comes with the reward of one months free subscriptions and the swimmer of the month cup.

There is also a certificate award to the best swimmer in each lane every month.

Criteria for swimmers to achieve the standards of Swimmer of the Month.

  • Turn up for all or as many sessions possible, on time with all swim gear.

  • Show respect towards coaches and other swimmers.

  • Give 100% commitment towards training sessions.
